Roman Romodin

I'm Roman, head of Zero Panic. 13 years in management, the last 7 in IT.

Before founding the company I ran projects as a manager and coordinator in oil & gas, energy, telecom, and finance. These are industries where the cost of a mistake is high and there's more sign-off than code — that's where I learned to drive a project to a result through other people's processes and constraints, not in ideal conditions.

In my work I aim to balance what the client needs with the pace and order in which the team can realistically deliver it. When the two diverge, work stalls — my job is to bring them back together.

Outside the office I'm captain and playing coach of an amateur football team. Same as at work: being part of the team, not above it — seeing the process from the inside and owning the result.

Zero Panic is how we work. Here we solve problems, not create them.

15 years in development — FinTech and insurance, where the cost of an architecture mistake is real. I define the technologies and architecture for our solutions, balancing long-term stability, development speed, and security.

I've run public online courses on web technologies and co-authored three books for Manning Publications: TypeScript Quickly, Angular Development with TypeScript, and Angular 2 Development with TypeScript. All three became bestsellers.

At Zero Panic I own the tech strategy, R&D direction, and implementation quality.

Michael Musatov

Over 15 years in the industry — projects in insurance, FinTech, and telecom. I grew up as a developer and still write code, but for the past several years I've focused on project management and client relationships.

At Zero Panic, I run the operational side: making sure the workflow doesn't require hand-holding at every step, deadlines stay grounded in reality, and clients always know where things stand without having to ask. I keep a close eye on how AI reshapes how we work and update our approaches accordingly.

When a project lands where it's supposed to — that's not luck or heroics. It's the right process and clear ownership at every stage.

Kirill

15 years in software development. A true generalist — he writes back-end in .NET and Node.js and front-end in any of the frameworks we use across our portfolio: React, Angular, Next.js. He owns architecture and code quality, takes on the hardest technical problems, and helps the team level up. Most recently — a private investment platform in Next.js and TypeScript: Kirill designed the architecture and led the project to launch. In four months the team built a portfolio dashboard with positions across five asset classes and portfolio performance, plus deal-discussion tools for club members.
